Staffed, developed and lead a high performing multi-disciplinary team of Designers, Usability Engineers and UI Text Writers to deliver the next generation Mail, Calendar and Contacts experiences for Windows Live Web and Desktop Applications. Ensured consistent user experiences between both Web and Client.



MSN - Lead Product Designer

Key responsibilities include driving creative efforts for various areas of MSN. Keeping a strong focus on user-centered design solutions. Keeping abreast of innovative design trends and methodologies. Researching, designing and prototyping solutions that were useful, usable, desirable, exciting, new and emotionally engaging. Working along side designers, usability engineers, program managers, product planners and developers.

Accomplishments:
5 User Experience Patents; Released many, many products, features and websites for MSN. (MSN9 Parental Controls, MSN Search Toolbar v1 and v2, Curious Browser, NewsBot, Channels, High-Speed Player, EV3); Conceptualized, initiated and drove the adoption of Flash across MSN (FLIP) Flash Info Pane; Played a key role in the adoption of standardization of Templates (Bedrock) across MSN.
